- All rates quoted in Indian Rupees;
- Tariff includes breakfast (Indian vegetarian);
- Additional person (3 years and above, max 2) – Rs.750/- each per day;
- Check-in time : 2 pm or later; check-out time : 11 am;
- Long term stay rates quoted on request;
- Tariff for stay between December 22 and January 5th (Xmas/New Year) is twice above rates;
- Deposit: 100% deposit on booking for a week or less; 50% deposit on booking for 8 or more nights - balance payable atleast four weeks before arrival;
- Cancellations:
- More than a month prior to check-in – Two day’s tariff;
- Within one month of check-in – 50% of total booking;
- Within 3 days of check-in or no show – 100% of total booking;
- Xmas / New Year booking – No refund;
- We recommend that guests take out holiday insurance against any event which might prevent them from staying with us, to cover these cancellation charges;

- Payments are accepted through Western Union transfer, or direct deposit to our bank account within India, and through bank transfers internationally; detailed bank transfer/payment instructions are provided alongwith reservation code while accepting bookings.
